Julie Hunter
Founder, President and CEO

Julie Hunter

Julie, a licensed real estate broker in California and owner of Hunter Prestige Properties, has over 15 years of experience and an impressive track record in real estate sales and advertising. She is the owner of twelve-year old Hunter Haven Farms, an eighteen-acre breeding and boarding facility.

In charge of operations of her two businesses, Julie was responsible for their development from ground zero, with sales averaging in excess of $10 Million annually. She has created innovative and successful sales plans and methods, and has won achievement awards for consistent top performance in a wide range of sales and leadership positions.

She is a recognized horse property expert in her service area.

Sherryl L. Dever
Vice President and General Manager

Sherryl brings more than 15 years of experience as a small business owner and management consultant. She has had primary responsibility for sales and new business development and negotiated hundreds of consulting agreements. Sherryl is the founder, owner and lead saleswoman for her 14-year-old, small-business consulting company.

She has worked as a trainer of trainers for consulting companies with annual sales of up to $3 Million. Sherryl has coached and supported hundreds of small business owner clients and their key employees from start up through maturity in companies with annual sales of up to $5 Million. She has also developed and implemented hundreds of winning marketing, business and operations plans. Sherryl's experience customizing thousands of human resource development systems, company financial and general management procedures and policies, management training protocols, and developing dozens of methods for increasing cash flow, as well as saving time and money for small enterprises will be a valuable asset for EquestrianLIVING, Inc.

Bruce E. Read
Chief Financial Officer

Bruce has founded, owned, successfully operated, and sold three companies with annual sales of up to $10 Million. With over 25 years of experience as CFO and interim CFO of dozens of small enterprises (from start-up through maturity), Bruce has prepared hundreds of financial projections, forecasts and reports, evaluated thousands of financial documents and negotiated million-dollar contracts. His experience assembling dozens of successful management teams for small businesses will be a key component to EquestrianLIVING, Inc.'s success.

Susan Carrell
Operations Manager

Sue brings a demonstrated track record of administrative and management skills to EquestrianLIVING. She is a team player whose strengths are leadership, taking initiative, implementing creative business solutions and a traditional work ethic. She has a proven history of raising company revenues and is skilled in staff management. Her greatest and most enjoyable professional accomplishment was buying, renovating, and ultimately opening and running the first Bed and Breakfast Inn in Mendocino (Northern California coast).

Sue holds two Master's Degrees in Public Administration and Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts.

Michael S. Rubin

Michael S. Rubin is Senior Counsel in Apple Computer, Inc.'s law department. A 1974 graduate of the UCLA School of Law, Mike has practiced law on the legal staffs of governmental agencies, in law firms, and in corporate settings. His areas of expertise include antitrust and trade regulation, consumer law, commercial transactions, and warranty law. He has taught in the School of Business at Golden Gate University and received several professional service awards acknowledging his contributions to the continuing education of the bar.

As Senior Counsel for Apple, Mike provides guidance for Apple's Sales and Service units on a broad range of business matters, including e-commerce and other sales and distribution practices and consumer law compliance. Among the projects for which he was responsible were the launch of the original Apple Store for consumers and the later development of the Apple Stores for education purchasers, resellers, and businesses.
